Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservations & Grace Period

All reservations include a 15-minute grace period from the time we arrive at the booking. After this time, an additional waiting fee may apply. If the time and/or distance exceeds the limits of your pre-paid booking, an additional payment may be required for the extra service provided.

Liability for Personal Belongings

Driven Shuttle Bus Service accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage while using our services.

Seat Belt Policy

All passengers are required to wear seat belts as per Australian road rules.

  • Passengers must remain seated and wear their seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
  • No part of a passenger's body should be placed outside the moving vehicle at any time.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol must not be consumed on our buses at any time, including carrying open alcohol containers.
  • We encourage responsible behaviour if alcohol is consumed before using our services.
  • Wine or alcohol purchased during a tour may be carried on the bus but must remain sealed for the duration of the journey.
  • Driven Shuttle Bus Service reserves the right to terminate a tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behaviour occurs on the bus.
  • Intoxicated passengers may be refused entry onto the bus at any time.

Cleaning, Damages & Befouling Policy

  • A befouling fee will apply to any passenger who is unable to control bodily functions.
  • Additional costs will apply if commercial cleaning or repairs are required, particularly if the bus is out of service for a significant period.
  • Any damage caused to the bus, or any behaviour deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or passengers, will be reported to the police.
  • The driver reserves the right to remove any passengers or terminate the service if necessary.

Smoking Policy

It is against the law to smoke in any of our buses.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled at any time; however, the eligibility for a refund is at the discretion of the business owner, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

Payment Options

  • Our preferred method of payment is EFT (bank transfer).
  • We also accept cash and credit card payments at the commencement of your journey.
  • For late-night pickups, we prefer that bookings are paid in full before travel.
